Final Walk Through Inspection
A2Z will join you on your final walk through to identify any areas which were inaccessible during the original inspection and to ensure there were no significant changes to the contents of the home. (included with the Peace of Mind Inspection package)
Home Maintenance Checkup
We will go through your home with you, evaluating those elements which homeowners typically overlook and which, if not properly maintained, could end up costing much more in the future. (included with the Peace of Mind Inspection package)

First Year Warranty Inspection
Every new home is warranted by the builder for the first 12 months. After that time period expires, the home owner assumes all responsibility for any repairs. Protect your investment by having A2Z perform an evaluation of your home backed up with a comprehensive report including digital photos that you can submit to your contractor for necessary repairs.
Investor Inspection
- also known as a Flip - This inspection is intended to give a brief overview to the professional investor so that he/she may be able to make an on the spot decision about whether or not the property is worth their time and/or money. This inspection is not intended to be a qualifying inspection for a home loan. The investors inspection gives the customer an idea about the functionality of the equipment located within and an insight to the basic structure of the property. These inspections must be paid for at the time of service and do not include a written report.

Radon is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas. It is formed as natural deposits of uranium throughout the earths crust decay. As radon decay products are inhaled, they can alter the cells in the lungs. These alterations can increase the potential for getting lung cancer. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking. An estimated 14,000 people die of radon related lung cancer each year.
Mold testing requires planning and inspection of suspect site prior to testing. The samples are sent to an independent lab where they identify the mold-like substance for the home owner’s information. Please call to have an Inspector explain the details of mold testing.
